Rose Facial Toner is specially designed for those with Normal or Dry skin. Key ingredient Rose Water hydrates skin, helps tighten pores and restores suppleness for a glowy complexion. Additionally, the formula’s rich combination of vitamins works to remedy rough, dry skin and assist in anti-aging.

Directions:
After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with the toner and apply to face and neck, avoiding the immediate eye area. Alternatively, you can shake out toner onto clean hands and pat it onto skin.
